Golden hour at the Lupine field in Puyallup is always stunning, but there’s something extra special about photographing a beautiful family like this one. Mom, dad, their two teenage boys, and their adorable toddler all joined together for this early summer session.


The older boys and dad weren’t super thrilled about being in the photos, but they were such good sports and somewhat reluctantly played along. I always try to make these sessions relaxed and fun, and this surely was no exception.


Their sweet toddler, of course, always the star of the show, running through the tall lupines with the biggest smile on his face.


We captured beautiful moments of connection, genuine laughter, and those sweet in-between moments that make family photos so timeless. The golden glow before sunset bathed everyone in a warm, soft light, making every shot look so dreamy.
