It's your Puyallup photographer, and I've got the scoop on a fall maternity session that was more giggles than poses, more laughter than seriousness. Picture this: a field in Orting, October hues ablaze, and a family radiating joy.
With a dance in their step and genuine joy in their hearts, mom and dad twirled, spun, and waltzed through the fall foliage. The result? Radiant smiles and candid moments that spoke louder than any pose ever could.
Who says maternity sessions have to be static? Definitely not me!
A lively three-year-old with a knack for playful wit. His secret weapon? The phrase "you're a booty," uttered with infectious glee. So, what did we do? We embraced it! Back and forth, our comedic exchange echoed through the field, creating genuine smiles and belly laughs.
And then, there was Pepper, the furry extraordinaire. Initially, she tried her hand (or should I say, her paw) at photobombing her family by circling them, so every other snap of the camera was a furry little dog booty.
After the photo bombing events, her parents attached Pepper's leash to my wagon to keep her out of the frames that didn't include her. This - did not work. Pepper really loves her humans and began pulling the wagon around to try and reach them. They then turned their little jokester. Armed with the task of holding Pepper's leash, turned into the guardian of Pepper. As he and his trusty sidekick dashed around, they inadvertently wrapped mom and dad in a leash embrace, creating chaotic, heartwarming moments.
Our fall session was a breath of fresh air. It wasn't about perfection; it was about the quirks, the laughter, and the sheer joy of being a family. The images we captured tell a story—a story of love, laughter, and the incredible journey into parenthood. Exactly the way it should be.
